@nearly-mrs-R:  my flowers were red roses and tiny blue flowers I found… I don’t even know what they’re called… that might look nice for a simple bouquet.

@nearly-mrs-R:  Thanks!  I looked it up, they’re called cornflowers.  There aren’t that many naturally blue flowers out there!

Hi, are you looking for real or artificial flowers?

I think you could get away with any colour scheme with those dresses (which are gorgeous by the way!!)  Personally, it appeals to me more when the flowers are a different colour than the dresses so that they stand out.

Since you’re having a winter wedding (i think from your date?) red roses would look amazing, i’m not sure about blue flowers as the few that there are out there tend to be summery flowers and always look a bit more lilacy blue to me (violets?)

I’ve googled red and blue bouquets and come up with roses, blue hydrangeas, red ranculus, blue tinted baby’s breath.  Maybe red roses with blue and white baby’s breath?
