I like the first one, it reminds me more of you (does that make sense since I don't know you?! lol it's more bubbly and fun and that's who I think you are...)
haha thanks. I think fonts are soo hard to chose. I literally have downloaded about 50 and Im printing them off and FH is like.. I like this one, I like that one better. Process of elimination. Since posting I found about 3 other fonts he likes.
Such a decision! It might have to resort to rock scissors paper soon. :S
I know what you mean! It took me forever to find a font we like!
I like the first one more because it blends better with the rest of the font but still stands out.
The second one is a thicker font and just stands out too much, IMO. If that makes sense?
Another one that FH likes now... possibilities are growing. This could be ridiculous. Thanks to all who have voted in the poll. its great!

Hm. I still like 1 better.
Here's why. The font weight of the first one matches your body font. The font weight of the 3rd one is much lighter than your body font. In essence you want your names to stand out which is why we use different fonts. But in that font (on #3) the weight is lighter which also makes it blend into the background. When you want it to pop.
That's what I was trying to achieve with my fonts. It sucks because I would find a font style I like but it wouldn't match the font weight of my body font.
awse! thanks for the feedback gerbera, your right.. I keep on looking at it and im like ummm ahhh... could change the detail font, except the detail font, looks absolutely wicked when its printed on paper. :) Ill keep that tip in mind!
Have you played around with putting the "and" in the same font as your names? It kinda bugs me that it goes back and forth with different fonts.
The wieght of the second one is too bold compared to the other lettering in the invite.
The third one is also a nice font, but I'm not sure if I like the first or the third one better.
I think the first font is too formal (too much script and scrolls) and the third is maybe too casual.
Still like the first on ebetter as well...
@caszos: I love hte picture of your pooch, adorable!!
Ok how bout this I changed the 'and' as cascoz suggested.. and the font, little fun but formal?? Im not sure. am I just making it worse? I tried to match the weight, but I just wanted to post to get the veiw of the 'and'.

Stop trying to change the Mona Lisa silly!! The first one looks great
Yep, first one here... and I don't usually like scriptina! but it just FITS the style.
Hehe, we made lots or wedding decisions using Rock Paper Scissors...
I like the first one you posted.
I like the first one. I think the loops in the font mimic the leaves on the flowers, and the body font is a bit 60s to me, which matches well with the feeling I get from the flower heads.
What is that last font you posted? It's so cute!
Bakerella: It is pretty cute! its called, Fortunaschwein and you can download it at www.dafont.com
I like the first one... but then I saw the most recent one that you just posted and I like it too! The flowers are great, by the way!
The first one is awesome... I know I struggled with the font for literally a week and a half... when I realized they all looked great and I needed to just go with my gut on my fave!
The first one is by far my favorite. With the handwritten one you posted as a close second.
Good luck! :)
I like the first one but would adjust the spacing on your names so that the swoops don't overlap with the "and."
I was bored and decided to take a stab at your invites. Procrastinating about my midterms, you know?
Oh, if you like it I should say the fonts are Miama (Script) and Existance Light. Both from DaFont!
Ilikepink! thats so cool. Thanks for giving it a go. I went to bed last night still thinking about diff layouts - very hard for my brain to switch off. Im thinking about just playing around a little more. Its not like they have to be sent off to the printer anytime soon, as I will be printing it anyway :P I had downloaded miama already but havent seen the other one existance.
Cheers!
When I saw the first two choices, I kept thinking, hmmm, I like the conciseness of the second font, but it is perhaps too choppy/angular. But I also loved the slightly whimsical feel of the first one, I just thought it were perhaps too loopy. If only there were a happy medium between loopy and chopping! (Am I the only weird-o who thinks like this?) The third one looks too hastily written, and the fourth one is too gimmicky looking to me. (Yeah, I know, I might have font issues, too.)
Anyway, long story short (too late!), I looooooooove ILikePink's font where your names are! I like it with the details font she has, but I think it could also work with the detail font that you used in the original, which is really nice looking. I also enjoy the separation of the sizes for the details. Oh, and I really enjoy the use of the ampersand, too.
I still like version #1. I have some fun fonts at home I'll look at and try to post back here tonight.
Wondering though, are you able to manipulate the image? Is it set as one grouped image or are the flowers separate? Reason I ask, I wonder how it would look if you took the left image, flipped it so the leaf was on the right and move the image to the far right. Put all the text in the middle and then flip the right image so it "points" in towards the text and the leaf is on the left. Does any of that make sense? I was just trying to come up with a different layout for you if you were thinking about that too.
good call curlysue.. Im giving it a whirl now and download ilikepinks fonts, see how it goes.. :)
amanda.lynn I searched all over the internet to find a free invite and this one came up trumps. Its simple and got that retro feel a little. :) once its all together, I kinda want to present it like this- not using that particular print tho on the band.. but something kinda bright.

I would definitely check out PeaAnnalee on http://kevinandamanda.com/fonts/fontsforpeas/
If you can get the images on either side and the text in the center, put the "&" centered between your names instead of left-justified like it is now. Try to put the names slightly over the "&"---I've seen that done and done it myself and it can look really cool!
Yeah, I love the & behind the text. In the version I made, I made the & it's own layer, lowered the opacity down to 60% and then put the names on top of it.
