@kaylee26:  We are going to FI’s parents house for Thanksgiving this year. None of their dishes even come close to being as good as the dishes that show up to my family’s Thanksgiving.

So, unfortunately, that mean I’m most looking forward to the dish I’m bringing, which is broccoli cheese rice casserole. It’s completely unhealthy but oh-so-delicious. If I were going to my parents’ house instead, I’d be most looking forward to gravy. My mom makes the best!

Yams, deviled eggs, banana pudding, TURKEY, pumpkin pie, and stuffing! I can’t just pick one. Those are the foods I go back for, more than once. Haha If I HAD to pick one though, I would say my mom’s deviled eggs. So yummy!

@kaylee26:  Lucky you! FI’s family makes good food, but it’s just not as great as what shows up at my family’s dinner.

I have no idea what we will be eating since we will be going to visit the family in NOLA and apparently they have started something new where everyone gets to request their favorite food for Thanksgiving and I didn’t put any requests in. So hopefully there will be good eating.

I take that back. My mom’s amazing turkey and stuffing. But the eggs are just as important! LOL

I’m a mashed potatoes FIEND. I’d be happy with just a big bowl of ’em, call it dinner. Nummy.

My SO and I are cooking Thanksgiving for the first time together! I’m most looking forward to green bean casserole (yum) and he is most looking forward to trying lobster for the first time.

@kaylee26:  White preferred, brown is great too, and plain is also great. All of the above!!

Real homemade whipped mashed potatoes with gravy.  yum!  The rest of the year I contend with instant.
