No one said specifically what they liked but they said all our food was awesome so that's good. We picked our place cause we knew they really could deliver on the tastiness!
bacon wrapped scallops. My motto is : is there anything that doesn't get better when wrapped in bacon? Sorry, vegetarians!
What didn't go as well as anticipated was the steak dish. Some people who ordered steaks loved their dishes but I felt my steak was over-cooked. There was also a hearsay that one guest felt her steak was undercooked. I guess this was not a surprise to me because I had read in previous posts here that doneness of steaks is difficult to control when served en masse... Oh well. I willingly took a risk.
People were really impressed with the seafood alfredo our caterer did (it was actually something we didn't order and he just threw in for us).
my guests loved our chicken florentine...So yummy with parmesan and spinach, and the chicken was SO tender!
