The name is Braxton.
I accidentally assumed a friend using that name for the child she’s carrying was the opposite gender. I was wondering if it was just me, if this name is assumed to be gender neutral, or if it does sound like the opposite gender. I’ll come back later to say what the baby is after people have voted 🙂

I would think boy. But there are so many names like that that are being used for a girl as well.
Our soon to be here little girl will be named something that could go either way.

I’d assume a boy without even thinking twice.

I thought a girl because I recently saw a baby announcement and she was named Braxton. But, if I were to use it, it’d be for a boy.
