I’m trying to get healthy snacks I can buy that will hold my hunger from morning to lunch time, and lunch time till dinner. So I was wondering what snacks you keep around you at all times?

Carrots and hummus!
Its not for everyone, but I love the crunch and sweetness of the carrots with the saltiness of the hummus! The little bit of oil keeps you satiated too!
I also love popcorn… sooo much of it for very few calories!

I try to bring several kinds of fruit with me, and then I can pick what I want at that particular time. Cheese sticks are also a great snack for work.
100 calorie packs of almonds, popcorn, bananas, apples, cut up fruit, baby carrots, sliced bell peppers, toast with peanut butter (we have a toaster at work). I am literally eating all day long at work, people think I’m crazy haha.
I keep applesauce for heart burn, but I try to bring over roasted chocolate almonds (Walmart) or fruit.
Laughing cow cheese and ritz crackers. Babybel cheese is great too.
I keep carrots with dip, yogurts, string cheese, saltines with peanut butter, and clementines.

Nutri grain bars, clementine oranges, bananas, yogurt, apples, string cheese, grapes, carrots, nectarines, almonds, and crackers. For lunch I’ll eat a green salad with chicken and a half peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The protein and veggies seem to hold me over the longest. Fruit works for an hour or so but then I’m hungry again. I basically snack ALL DAY LONG!

Mini applesauces, oat cakes, mini cans of tuna in olive oil (limited amount per week), natural almonds, fruit, sometimes granola bars (though their health quotient is questionable), trail mix.

I think I’m going to start bringing hard boiled eggs. They’re filling and easy to eat at work because no prep/clean up.
I bring in a small insulated lunchbag filled with yogurts, string cheeses, different fruit, and hard boiled eggs. I also keep cracker sandwich packs in my drawer–not something I normally snack on, but I like the saltiness and the filling feeling of the carbs (pre-preg, I was more low-carb, high-protein). I drink lots of water, too.

I would love to be able to eat hard boiled eggs. But ever since getting pregnant, I can’t stand the smell of eggs. Not even scrambled ones. I used to love eggs too 🙁

I’m not allowed to have fresh fruit in the morning because the little one sends her womb service back every time. So, in the morning I have home made mini muffins (apple cinnamon with oats, a morning mix with oats, pineapple, apple, walnuts, shredded carrots…), cereal (dry or with soy milk), or something along those lines. For the rest of the day, I enjoy hummus with veggies, fruit, Luna protein bars, crackers with peanut butter, pudding (soy pudding is actually rather nutritious), and/or animal crackers. I like to dip my animal crackers in my pudding.
I can’t eat large meals because i throw them up, so I, too, eat pretty much all day.
