So my family and friends have been bugging us lately about where we’re registered, so we finally took the plunge and registered at C&B. I. Love. That. Store. But the problem is that there’s only one in the whole state. The registry is online too, but I’m afraid some people won’t want to buy online?
We’re going to register somewhere else as well, and we’re thinking BB&B. But my family has been really asking if we are going to register at Target. I really don’t want to because of the horror stories of returns and products off shelves quickly.
What do you think I should do?!?! Target? or BB&B?
I’d ideally just like to leave our C&B registry as the sole store (because it’s my favorite.) Would that be bad? Would people just get gifts elsewhere? Interpret the registry and get similar stuff at Target?

What about a local bricks and mortar department store?

BB&B. My SO and I plan to register at C&B and BB&B. They have the best incentives and policies hands down.

Personally I like target MUCH better then BBB. but go with which ever will be easier for your guests.

My personal opinion is that if your guests are going to buy you gifts, you want to make the gift-buying process as easy as possible. I often buy wedding presents online, but some guests may prefer an actual store. Especially for your showers, where gifts are usually brought by the guests moreso than gifts actually brought to the wedding reception.

If you keep one registry and people are unable to access it, you’re likely to get a lot of cash … and then you shop for yourself after the wedding with your 10% off. Win-win.
