Are you having a sit down dinner or buffet. If it’s a buffet, there’s no need to worry about the extras. I am sure people will go back for more.

OH NO!! That’s the worse! I hate that you can’t take it home. Will there be anyone at the venue that you might want to share a dinner with? Like maybe your contact person?
