IF they can make reservations online I'd list the websites too.
They can't make reservations online- do you think they will "get it" when I don't give them the website? Or when I say "mention" the wedding? I hope that will do!
I think that sounds fine. And I think they'll get it with just having the phone number listed. If they try to find the website on their own, they'll probably figure it out when they can't book in the block.
I have this text at the top of the card before I list the hotels we've got blocks at:
We have negotiated group rates at the hotels listed below for two nights (Friday and Saturday nights). Rooms can be reserved by calling the phone number listed before the deadline. Make sure you mention you are staying with the Arguello-Ross wedding group to get the discounted rate.
(The different hotels have different deadlines.)

Do I need anything else? I am sending the invites out 3-4 weeks before they need to book their rooms. Is that enough time?
