I'm the type of person who's constantly on the go, or thinking about the next 5 things that need to get done.  I'm organized, but it borders on being high stressed a lot of the time.  FI is basically the opposite.  He's never thinking about what to do next.  And he forgets stuff all the time.  And it takes him like a week before he gets around to doing anything he knows needs to be done.  He's not lazy, but laid so far back he's practically falling over backward.  YOu might imagine this can be frustrating, esp. when planning a wedding.

But last night I came home.  Still upset over how my MOH is behaving and totally frazzled between work and wedding planning.  He was like, "Let's go out, and we'll do whatever wedding stuff we need this weekend."  We had more fun than we've had in months!  I totally needed it, but would not have allowed myself to take the break.

Anyone else's FI/DH have a personality trait that irritates them to know end...but that you know is also part of what makes him perfect for you?

Mr. Bruschetta sounds kinda similar to your FI, in that when I'm upset about something -- or very angry -- I need to talk talk talk talk about it.  He prefers to take a quieter approach in an attempt to calm himself down.  Most of the time, this tactic gets me even MORE annoyed, but recently, I've been seeing the benefit of his preferred way of coping with stressful situations.

My fiance is a thinker. And he gets frustrated because it takes him longer to complete tasks because he stops and thinks about each step and how it's going to relate to the next step or the finished outcome. He totally balances me out because I'm the kind of person that I see something that needs done and I jump in feet first without thinking of the consequences. So by me being the Big Idea Person/Motivator and him being the Details Person, it's working out pretty good for our relationship, wedding planning, and the home improvements we are slowly in the process of.

I can't think of any specifically, but I know that there are some! My fiance irritates me to death sometimes, but I honestly wouldn't change anything about him if I could.
