(Closed) What is a Carving Station?

I’m pretty sure that would be during dinner. I think what would happen is if you add a ham carving station there would be a person there with the ham ready to carve up some ham, rather than have slabbed ham for people to pick out. I think the main idea of this is that the person would carve up the pieces when you or any of your guests want it rather than it drying out faster because it’s pre cut. You should def ask your venue first though if this is true.. I’m really just guessing 🙂

Ours will be during dinner although I think some people do it during cocktail hour too

I’d ask as to when it’ll happen. It can basically happen either during your cocktail hour or dinner. Carving the meat is a great way for someone to ask for a particular part of meat that they like and get exactly what they like. It’s also widely believed that a good carver can make the meat tastier because they’ll know exactly how to cut the meat.
