That seems fairly steep. How many tables is she having. We found that it was cheaper to buy all the tablecloths and napkins than it was to rent. How sad is that.
Seems like a lot to me. The place I'm looking at renting from, their most expensive tablecloth is $20. So if she had 8 guests per table, that would be $500 for tablecloths. I'd think a dollar or two per napkin, so $200-400 for those. I've seen $13ish to be about right for overlays, so $325 for those. Total of just over $1200 for all, or less than $1000 without the overlays. Maybe yall are just more expensive there though - I'm not in a big city!
My friend is actually having her wedding in Virginia Beach (which is where mine is too) but we both think that's a little too expensive for just 20 or so tables.
I'm thinking of buying mine too! It is sad that's the cheaper route.
Oh wow, OK, yeah that is def. WAY too much for Va. Beach. What a rip off!!!

I have a good friend who was quoted $1500-$2000 for linens. Is this normal? She's only getting a white damask with pink napkins, or the other option was white satin, pink overlay and white napkins. She's having approx. 200 guests. Is that too much or about right?
