@stefanielovesjamie:  I honestly don’t know much about endo and I’m really sorry you’re going through this.

The brownish black discharge you describe is “old blood”. It’s likely a result of your birth control, the surgeries, or the cysts throwing off your cycle.

As for the rest of it I’m not sure :-/

stefanielovesjamie:  I’m sorry that you had to go through this. I sort of had my doctor drop endometriosis along the way of our conversation when we were discussing some pelvic pain I was having a few weeks (the pain is mostly gone now). I was totally shocked and just trying to find out more since I have been TTC for a few months with no success. My symptoms are not typical – my periods have gotten lighter for the last 4 months, my cramps are less intense. However, I did have pretty serious ovulation pain-like symptoms for the first time in my life this past month and I’ve always had bowel dysregulation during my periods. I was just reading your post about increased discharge and that rang a bell because I’ve had creamy CM a lot more than usual for the last 3 cycles. Was that one of your symptoms or did you mainly have the brownish-black discharge? Hope things turned out for the better for you!
