(Closed) What is (has been) your weight loss program leading up to wedding/engagement?

so far i’ve lost 35 pounds. I’ve been eating lots of greens and protein and staying away from sugars. I’ve also stopped eating after 6. i can have some tea or water but no food after six. which has sucked on some days cause i go to bed hungry (i know i know its not good to skip meals) but it’s been working. i’ve really upped my water intake as well. i go for a walk or do some sort of work out 4 days a week and i will do some little weigh lifting if i’m just watching tv for my arms. it’s been working but oh man….i cannot wait for that wedding cake! 10 more days!

I have been trying to count my calories, but have not been that effective. However I did start a bootcamp work out program which is awesome! You burn a lot a calories, build muscle and its only one hour long.!
