I also made my own save the dates and invites.  I made my wishing well/treasure chest also and my table plan.

If you have only just sent your save the dates out it may be a bit early to start on the table plan but what about a wishing well if you are having one?

I’m finishing up my save-the-dates and working on a slideshow for the reception. That’s about it, but I have 8 months to go.

I am DIYing pretty much the whole thing myself, so I have a lot on my list. First is the invites, I’m doing pocketfolds so they’re going to take awhile. I already have a template, just need to start all the folding, cutting and printing. I’m also going to start on signs for the reception, including bar menus and table numbers/ poetry cards for the tables. My biggest thing is that I am self-catering so I have already started a rough draft of food ideas, with a breakdown of ingredients which I am starting to price out. Soon I will start on a timeline for the food items, and then I have to incorporate that into my full timeline.

I am working on cross-stitched bookmarks I am making for my mom, grandmothers, and FH’s mom and two aunts.

I am also going to work on our direction signs.
