What will everyone be having for Easter?

    Our menu so far is:
    Baked Honey Ham
    Deviled Eggs
    Mashed Potatoes
    Strawberry and Blueberry spinach salad
    Rolls
Stuffed Zuccini boat for our Vegan guest
I AM SO MISSING THE DESERT though!!!

Oh and for starters we will have a veggie tray. Maybe even a cheese and cracker tray.

Well we have two sessions of food to go to on Sunday!  First at 11am is brunch and it's potluck, all I know is there will be bagels.  I am making cinnamon rolls!  =)

For 2nd shift, it's lunch and they are smoking meat outside, with a strawberry salad, eggs, and some other stuff.  I'm bringing cake pops for this one (and the first, I think!)

Here's a look: (Darn photos wont work now, but here's a link!)  Hoppy Easter!

Love Easter! We always do Middle Eastern food, but we are adding an Indian dish this year for my husband's family.

    Veggie platter with hummus
    Cheese/cracker/baguette platter
    Lentil soup
    Lebanese lamb kibbeh
    Tabouli
    Spinach fatayer
    Raita
    Indian vegetable dish (TBD)
    Coconut lemon cake
    Strawberry rhubarb crisp

I can't wait! This will be my fifth year hosting and it's more fun every year :)
