My Augusta Jones wedding dress and Jimmy Choos heels. I would have saved tons by getting a cheaper dress and non-designer shoes, but it was well worth it bc I felt like a princess on my wedding day. Plus, I have been wearing those heels everywhere the situation allows. Too bad I can’t say the same about the wedding dress. lol

My wedding spoons. We didn’t NEED them, but we wanted them so bad. We finally won a pair off of ebay and couldn’t be happier.

I think it is going to end up being chiavari chairs. Mr BB hates the folding ones.

So far… I would love to say my dress but I really couldn’t find anything else that fit me as nicely as the one I picked.  So I would have to say its my shoes, a bit of a splurge but I just died when I saw them.  I probably could have picked something much cheaper but I couldn’t resist.  And lets hope thats the end of that but the way things are going…

My belt. My dress came with a sash but I just felt that my belt had to be something more. So I finally caved and bought this one instead. It was $200 that could have gone else where but I love it.

My table linens. The venue comes with basic white linens that look just fine, but I want nicer linens because they really tie together the decor. Totally unecessary, but I feel like I’m being frugal in other areas to justify it.

I am going with purple/green napkins for the reception. I am so picky about colors that even though the green I want is an extra fee, I will pay the extra money. The green that could be included is not the green I want.

I also was not going to spend a ton of money on my wedding shoes, but my hubby-to-be bought a pair of Badgley Mischkas for me that I am so in love with.

I am sure there will be a ton of things I don’t need but won’t settle to do without closer to the day haha

Our invitations. We are having a large wedding and I know I very easily could have gone with a cheaper invitation (Wedding Paper Divas style) but instead we went with a Checkerboard invite that is set to cost us over $1200. I know its just paper.. but they are so classy and gorgeous and we completely customized them!

A string trio or duet rather than a solo violinist. Possibly Beauty and the Beast stopping by to visit our guests 😀

My antique pendant. Don’t need it, but it is soooo pretty (and will get lots of non-wedding usage as well!). For some reason it isn’t letting me post a pic right now but it’s posted in the only thread I’ve started.
