The most thoughtful thing I saw at a wedding was the bride and groom walking around the reception hall (separately, even!) and personally talking to each guest. I was really touched, because I have also been to weddings where the bride and groom only sit at the head table, and it feels like they are untouchable.
My FI was hired (his whole Accapella group actually) to pop out of the audience and sing all you need is love for a Bride who LOVED the movie love actually. The groom arranged it all as a surprise for her for their wedding day!

Maybe it was a really well put together OOT guest basket, or a sweet yet practical wedding favor -- what was the most thoughtful thing you've ever seen done at a wedding you attended?
