    I was wondering the same. Assume it's some sort of kick it in gear and get in shape for the wedding diet/routine...but could be way off!

    in the fitness board?  Its the 30 Day Shred workout by Jillian Michaels.

    It is a workout dvd put out by jillian michaels (the trainer from the biggest loser). From what I understand its a daily 20 minute workout that is supposed to tone you in 30 days. Hope that helps!

    i knew it had to do with fitness i had never heard of it...ever...so.. anyway, what kind of results are u suppose to get in 30 days...im trying to search it but finding only ads to by it...no real info on it?

    You're supposed to lose up to 20 lbs in 30 days. I've been doing it for a couple weeks-haven't really lost anything. Building tons of muscle though!

    blah i dont want to bulk up...:( my goal is 30 lbs or i guess look like i lost 30 lbs....you know what i mean. i got a while to do so but i want to look good and not have to get my dress altered 20 times before the wedding...lol

    The Shred is a great workout, especially for those days that I am really busy (because it is only 20 minutes).

    The DVD has 3 different levels that get progressively harder. I consider myself to be really athletic and even the first level kicks my butt! All that you need is a set of light weight 3-5lbs (I actually use 10lb weights because that is all that I have but I can't do all the exercised with them).

    Within the 20 minutes, there are 3 circuits of Carido (3 minutes), Aeorbics (2 minutes), and Abs (1 minute) so you get a 20 minute workout. Sometimes I combine Level 1 and 2 for a 40 minute workout.

    I have definitely noticed a difference in my weight and strength. It is neat to see that after doing the Level one for a week, it got much easier to do the exercises!!! I would definitely recommend it :)
