I think that's right, or more commonly the yellow pom. The green version is called the kermit pom.
They probably are indeed Cephalaphora aromatica, as you found. Some sites also call these plants "pineapples", which I thought was a really cute name...until I remembered that one usually associates it with the spiky fruit. 
The bloom in your first pic looks very much like a mini pineapple.
Another flower candidate is Craspedia Globosa ("drumstick"), which look a lot like the blooms in the 2nd and 3rd pics.

Does anyone know what this flower is? I googled "yellow ball flower" and came up with Cephalaphora?
