Wow! Yesterday I was so excited that we were approaching the 90 day mark. Today I am ready to be done with everyone.
First, we have my FI who has been wonderful. He has been working hard to make sure we have no debt after the wedding of my dreams but can’t get anything on his list done. His guys were supposed to be fitted 3 weeks ago that has not been done. His one groomsmen went MIA. He hasn’t followed up with his family as to why they haven’t RSVP’d.
Meanwhile my planner and other vendors are looking at me needing answers to questions that I don’t have.
My Dj wants a playlist yesterday
The planner wants me to confirm a rehersal dinner place out of the ones she gave me
My custom shoes I was sooo excited about were supposed to be done a month ago well, today I get the call they won’t be done for at least another 4 weeks!
To top it off we planned on doing a family day @ Disney the day before the wedding ( Still not sure if that was a good idea) so we moved our rehearsal to Thursday. Today I get the call from my planner (after I confirmed that 14 family members are going to disney) that there will be an additional 125 charge because she will have to stay an additional night
Well thanks for listening to my vent…..With this much stress 91 days out I’m afraid of whats to come

Just take a deep breath! It will all work out!!
You will have to light the fire under your FI about his groomsmen. Give them a deadline.
As for your shoes, as long as they are in by the wedding everything will be ok.
Good luck with the playlist. I made a list of songs of the radio I liked in addition to googling classic love and dance songs and genres I know my audience would like to hear.

You have RSVP’s already for an August wedding? Or RSVP’s for another wedding related event?
Just breathe. Everything will work out. I’m not sure why your vendors are hounding you already.

@ Miss Tattoo- The RSVP’s are for the August wedding. Both of our families have money issues so we told them a year in advance about our Destination Wedding. Since it is peak tourist season at our destination ( Santa Barbara) and availability is limited in everything we must get everything done early especially things like lodging since the hotel is only holding the rooms until next week there really is no reason why people are still undecided especially is complain about the cost of everything

Ummm…. I don’t mean to rain on your parade but I hope you realize that Disney is at least a 2.5 hour drive from Santa Barbara. With traffic (especially on a Friday) you’re looking at a potential 3 hr each way drive.
(Not sure of your current logistics) but if you still want to do it, I’d suggest after you have your rehearsal Thursday evening, I’d drive down to Disney and spend the night in Anaheim. This way you can be up bright and early and get the most out of Disney and then drive back to Santa Barbara after rush hour on Friday.

@ IamLemonDrop – Thanks for the heads up. We r doing the rehearsal on Thursday turning in early after the rehearsal. Since most of the people are already booked in Santa Barbara we plan to just leave early since we r accustomed to east coast time hopefully it won’t be too bad. We definetly plan on leaving after rush hour. The good thing is my ceremony isn’t until 7pm on Saturday so we will have plenty of time to rest before the wedding
