I have a couple:

1. I buy ALL groceries from local co-ops, Whole Foods, and the farmers market. DH and I are total food snobs (as in, olive oil straight from Italy, fleur de sel from the caves of France, single origin chocolate from Panama, etc) and we won’t touch regular, processed stuff from the grocery store. It costs a fortune (we spend about $200 on groceries per week, at least) but it’s worth it for our health.

2. Skincare. I may be known to keep a jar of La Mer in my purse, at my office AND at home on my vanity.

Food and wine, LOL. We are so simple in every other aspect of our life.

Shoes. I have a collection of shoes that makes the rest of my wardrobe look so lame. I just really can’t help it.

Mine is weird because it’s not mine, but H’s – he loves for me to carry only designer handbags (he’s not gay, I swear!).  The only nice bag I’d ever had was a little leather coach my mom got me in college – I never really cared about them.

Of course this is fine with me – I love my neon orange Kate Spade that I’ve been carrying this summer!!

I spare no expense on groceries, handbags, antique jewelry (the real deal, not vintage-inspired) or anything having to do with my kids (clothes, accessories, activities, baby gear, etc).

Books. I spend so much money on books. I also just splurged on a tablet. Given that i have a laptop, I didn’t really NEED a tablet, but it’s useful so that I don’t have to lug my laptop to the bf’s house each weekend, and can be online and such.

@MrsPanda99:  I really don’t splurge on anything usually. I try to be a really good bargain shopper. I guess recently my biggest splurge would be the amora gem I ordered, even though we just got an amora moissanite a few months ago.

Oh, I forgot makeup.  I’m kind of a makeup snob.  I worked as a makeup artist in my early 20s and I’m super picky about what I use now.

My sunglasses! They have lots of bling. I bought them in 2007 and haven’t splurged on anything since. Sorry they’re upside down.
