mine are my ARMS.. i can usually get away with not caring about them too much because i can tone up the rest of me but my arms are disproportionate to the rest of my body!!!! it’s so annoying! anyway… my arms are the only thing anyone’s going to see when i’m in my wedding gown and it’s freaking me out!!!

I hate my arms too!! The rest of my trouble zones are manageable, but I absolutely hate my arms!!

@geekchick: My whole body? lol. Seriously, I am at my biggest right now and not feeling particularly wonderful about anything.
I agree that arms can be hard to tone for women, but free weights will help 🙂

My lower abs. For the most part, I tone up pretty quickly, but my lower abs are always a problem!

I do gain weight in my arms before the rest of me, but I never put much emphasis on having them toned, more like skinny lol. Now its starting to worry me! Nut I’m seeing some progress with weights. My problem area are my legs. I have thick legs, when they are ripped and muscled they are still thick. The problem is now that they WERE ripped and thick and muscle, and then med school happened. And they turned soggy, and I’ve been doing squats and lunges like a crazy person and my butt looks much better but my legs are still soggy 🙁 And my FI keeps saying I’m so excited about seeing your legs (he met me at my fittest) and I’m not seeing as much progress as I would like, I have about four months until I see hom again, thats my only consolation thatvI have time!

My biggest are my abs, since I had kids….they stretch ya out!!! I’m toned, but still have a bit of skin to tighten. I’m using some some firming lotions and vitamins to help while I continue to tone up.

My arms. Well, more my shoulders. I am an inverted triangle shape and have a very masculin build since I am at my heaviest right now. My sister is very thin, but still has very broad, athletic shoulders. It’s a gene thing and I hate it! If anyone finds out how to shrink shoulders, let me know!

The two inches above and below my belly button. I need to lose that little jiggly layer of fat that’s accumulated there over the last few years. It’s not much, but it makes me feel disgusting. Sigh…

The love handles, that’s where all my fat goes and it is seriously hard for me to get rid of them. I can lose weight or appear toned everywhere else but there, it drives me crazy!

I had a tiny under-the-belly-button pooch and I tend to gain weight in my rear. Hellooooo badonk-a-donk! I even had curves when I did a full marathon!
I was due to have my first baby on Friday… but the nugget is still baking in there- anyway, I know I’m going to have my work cut out for me after birth, but I usually try to eat a well balanced, low processed food diet and lift weights in addition to spin class, yoga, and running. That combination has historically helped keep my trouble areas in check!

My problem area is my stomach! The only way for me to keep it flat is to run, run and run some more!!!! Nothing else works for me
