I'm doing vases ($8) filled with apples- approx 10 ($4) and some ribbon :) they are looking great so far... if it looks good doesn't matter how little you spend! yay for diy!
I did ours for around $6. I used silver bowls from thrift stores and cut up flower bunches from dollar tree, then put left over pearl stems in them left over from my bouquet. I surrounded them with different candles sticks that I got all over on clearance. I was surprised at how beautiful they came out and how many compliments we got on them.
$100 altogether (9-10 tables?). I'm making picture centerpieces--cheap dollar frames from the Dollar Tree, I'm going to spray paint them tiffany blue or chocolate brown and put three on each table: two with pictures of us as kids and one with a picture of us as adults. There will be different pictures on each table, maybe some tables with themes like Halloween, Christmas, beach/snow pictures. I've had our moms looking for pictures for us. :)
I'm going to put them in the middle of the table in a sort of circle, maybe toss a few starfish around it as confetti.
I don't think it will cost the entire $100 though.
Ours will be $0. We're doing the reception at a cute restaurant who will (try) to match their table flowers to our flowers. I'm trying to increase the odds that that happen by using their florist.
We have 3 types of centerpieces, all floral arrangements, we will have 4 of each type, a total of 12 tables. The first is a low centerpiece with lots of roses, those are $150 per table. The second type is a medium height center piece a larger version of the low center piece, they are $350 per table. The last one is a very large one with lots of orchids, roses, and several other types of flowers, there will be candles suspended from the top that will look like they are floating in the air. These are $500 per table. (I love flowers)
I didn't have a budget for them per-say because well we did clearance sale for them. With a Halloween Themed wedding we knew last halloween we would be hitting up clearance hardcore so i spend maybe $150 total for 10 candleabra's, mini skulls, spiders, and a couple other things but they are just perfect now i just have design it! LOL
We did $10 per table for 7 tables (but bought extra.. just in case!). Ours are three cylinder vases with river rocks, floating candles, a large money tree leaf and then three smaller votive holders with floating candles as well.
About $15/table. I bought vintage looking ceramic & silver vases from thrift shops for $.25-$1.50/each, and I'm going to do white hydrangeas in them that I'm buying from Sam's Club. I'm thinking about doing little candles, too, I've seen little glass candle holders for $.50 from Pat Catans, but I haven't decided yet.
I'm not sure how much mine will be after flowers, but I think we are easliy under $20 per table.

I've opted to do non-floral centerpeices, and I'm estimating them to come out at about $15 each, is that good?
