Well... I'm already married. I am catholic and therefore, we had to get married in a church. Don't get me wrong, the wedding was beautiful but...
...if I could have done things my way, I would have LOVED an outdoor garden wedding...avec sunshine, of course (hey, I'm dreaming, right?). Not too hot, not too cold, no nasty creepy bugs swarming around, just, well perfect and romantic... in a tent with great flooring so I could wear sexy shoes!
haha. Yep that's what I'd do.
I love the look on a very modern zen garden with all the flowers in square vases. I couldnt find one in Vegas but found something kind of close!
Here is my ideal venue
The J.J. Hill Library. It's in Downtown St. Paul, and it's gorgeous. But it's also $3,400, and would require Valet parking, and use of an approved caterer. I just don't want that formal of a wedding, not our style. But I still can drool over it.

The other is Butterfly Gap in Maryville, TN.
My fiance refuses to believe that eastern TN would qualify as destination enough for a destination wedding.
I'm getting marrried at my dream venue. Lovers point beach in Pacific Grove CA. My fiance's parents were married here as well.

I would love to get married at the Prado in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA. Second choice is a tie between some places is Palos Verdes (probably Wayfarers) or somewhere in Long Island, NY.
