In addition to being tired all the time, I find that my muscles are getting tired faster too. For example, I was just sorting and correlating some papers and it was almost painful to hold my arms up for that long.
So I ask…what is your fatigue like?

Mine is both. Though for awhile I thought my muscle fatigue was due to work (and honestly it is) but I have found that I struggle to move by the end of my shift. It doesn’t help that I stand literally all day in an O.R. in one little spot. But now I’m getting terribly sore and oh, so tired.

I’m getting so sleepy, but not very muscle sore!

Tired (was mainly due to the fact that I am severely anemic I guess…but also this is my 4th baby so my body is really worn out).

@Mrs_Juice: both! I go running for 30 minutes (like I have been doing for the past 10 years) and my calves are SOO sore! 🙁

@Mrs_Juice: I am just exhausted. My eyes get heavy at various times throughout the day. As far as muscle weakness, it is just from being tired. I can’t zip up the steps like I used to. I really sloth it up the steps. I am not sore at all, thank goodness.

@Mrs_Juice: I’m 9w & exhausted, all of the time. I have trouble falling and staying asleep and can’t get through most days without a nap. I have been doing pilates 2 days/week and prenatal yoga 1/week. I actually feel super energized after my workouts, maybe I should start working out more 🙂

I find the exhaustion most common but when my blood sugar is low I feel really weak. I never got low blood sugar until I fell pregnant.

@Mrs_Juice: It depends on the day, I walked around the Grand Canyon at 5 months pregnant and only got tired at the end of the day….other times like now by 8 months I get tired just sitting at my desk lol

Either/or, not usually both at once. For instance, I can’t keep my pace running- now I run slower and for less time. And I stop in between each level of the 30 Day Shred and take a breather. Then at around 5pm I get extremely tired and if I am at home I take a brief nap.
