Hands-down Father of the Bride (the remake with Steve Martin). This has been a classic in my family since it first came out (I remember going to see it in the theater with my parents -- I was 10 or 11 at the time). When we got engaged I bought a copy of the dvd on amazon and had it shipped to my dad as a surpise, he loved it!
I love Runaway Bride. It is great watching different weddings according to each characters personality.
Mine is Hitch! I love Will Smith, Eva Mendez and Kevin James. So the movie was already a hit for me! The wedding isn't a focal point, but its still hysterical. When I saw it I was like, "I want my wedding to be that silly!".
Love Actually! I loved the choir surprising the couple with that rendition of 'All You Need is Love'.
I actually liked Bride Wars. I definetly made both me and my MOH cry at the end.
Love Actually! I absolutely adored it because it seemed so genuine, true to the couple and stylish.
I really like 27 dresses. Well apart from having 27 bridesmaids.
The wedding singer. Because the eighties are so awesome, and I love me some Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.
all these years later, i still love "my best friend's wedding". still makes me laugh out loud.
Love Actually, The Wedding Date and Steel Magnolias!!!
i love the wedding in "i love you man." well, i pretty much just love the movie in its entirety. BUT, i think the wedding is so simple, elegant, and beautiful.. oh, and the scenery is breathtaking!
ditto Janieleigh, HILARIOUS movie, BEAUTIFUL wedding.
and father of the bride is THE classic for me... (what can i say, i'm a daddy's girl).
and not to be cheesy, but i really did like the idea of Carrie & Big's wedding at the library. (i'm a huge reader and appreciated the history/meaning)... loved her bm dresses.... her dress... not her makeup... but if i ever did a big city classic overly formal wedding; i'd want somethign like that.
My dad and I had a father/daughter date after I was engaged to watch Father of the Bride again. It was fun.
Going on the SATC idea, Steve and Mirandas were more of my idea and kinda up my alley. I loved it. DH and I got married at a waterfall in a state park with about 12 people so the simpleness of it is something I really love. If I were to do a more formal wedding, hands down I have always wanted something like the wedding in Sweet Home Alabama.
"Runaway Bride" staring Julia Roberts!! I loveeeee that movie!! Also i like "The Wedding Date" and "My best friends Wedding".
If you are talking just about the wedding scene.. I'm old school - I love Sound of Music. That's why I am using their processional song as my processional.
I love the Steel Magnolias wedding! It's my favorite movie! We even made an armadillo grooms cake for my uncle!
@marywil1 runaway bride is my fav. movie in the world.. I could watch it every night!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the wedding in the 40 year old Virgin and I'm walking down the aisle to the song that plays at the end.
I really liked Made of Honor with Patrick Dempsey and The Wedding Date (as mentioned before)... I love that one line that the half sister says in the wedding date....you're my half sister but I whole love you!! Classic drunk talk!!! lol!
I like the Steel Magnolias one too . . .
"My colors are blush and bashful"
"Her colors are pink and pink. That sanctuary looks like it's been hosed down with Pepto-Bismol."
Hands down, Bride Wars and 27 dresses!! I would watch Bride Wars everyday if I could and 27 dresses has introduced my nine y/o to the wonderful world of being a bridesmaid. (she's a jr. BM in my wedding)
Rachel Getting Married was an AWESOME wedding. I totally had a dumb wedding planning moment, though, when I mentioned to Fiance while watching the movie how much Rachel must have paid to rent her Chivari chairs.
My favorite TV wedding was Zach and Lane's wedding on Gilmore Girls.
My favorite movie honeymoon is George and Mary Bailey in It's a Wonderful Life.
Muriel's Wedding! It's sooo ridiculous, I just love it.
I also heart Father of the Bride, The Princess Bride, The Wedding Singer... I could go on for hours.

My favorite has got to be the wedding in "Rachel Getting Married." It was this super eclectic, multi-cultural and festive event. Amazing.
