So… these threads do pop up occasionally… but I always love to read through them! What is your current favorite product(s)?
I am sort of ok VERY obsessed with trying new beauty products, at home products for cleaning, etc…
My new fav? So Sexy Nourish by Victorias Secret for hair! Right now they are Buy 2 Get 1 Free… so I have a whole line I have been using and it is LOVE!
My #2 product is actually one I found because of the Bee ( more specifically, KatyElle!) and I swear by this stuff now! Bag Balm can cure literally an-y-thing! Dry skin, psoriasis spots, acne marks, burns, chapped lips… the list can go on and on. I have had this tub for 3-4 months and barely put a dent in it. Best $10-$12 spent at Walgreens…
So feel free to share away! Give me some new ideas of things to try!

My fav right now is Dickinson witch hazel, thanks to another bee who started a post about it! It didn’t clear my face right away, it took about a week, but my face looks so much better cuz of it…and I used proactiv before it! Now I use cetaphil, then this toner, then a mosturizer and my face looks awesome!
Also this stuff makes my hair so soft, its a blow drying syrum. I freakin love it!

@MsPiggy: can you get it just at the drugstore? I have never heard of it!

I second the Dickinson’s witch hazel! My skin feels so much smoother and softer, plus my blackheads on my nose have really shrunk. I use it morning and night, and moisturize afterwards only in the morning.

@Mrs_Amanda: LOVE those hair products!!! They smell sooooo good, and the scent lasts all day!
I don’t have a picture handy, but my all-time favorite lotion is the classic Aveeno oatmeal cream. I have such dry skin, and have never found anything that makes it so soft and feel moisturized for so long. My skin literally looks so much healthier and more beautiful when I’m using it!

St Tropez mousse + mitt.
I just got home from the gym, showered and applied a nice light layer… and was standing in front on the bathroom mirror not 5 minutes ago admiring my tan.
It is the best danged self-tanning product I’ve ever used, and worth every precious penny.

My current fave is one that I will NEVER be able to afford! I got a free deluxe sample of Caudelie “Vinosource SOS Thirst Quenching Serum” (stupid name) from sephora. It’s lasted me about 2 weeks, and I swear it’s already made my skin more elastic and supple. But it costs some outrageous amount normally, and there is no way in hell I’m forking over that much.

You can get Dickinsons at a drugstore, but the hair stuff, you can only get at Sally Beauty=)

@ViaMinorViator: I love love love the 7 Day scrub!
@Ivorybuttons: I am always on the look out for a new self tanner. Right now I am fluctuating between laying out ( bad, I know), Fake Bake that I get from Ulta and also occasionally have one applied by hand by a lady who does organic spray tans

Oh, I’m loving plain ol’ witch hazel, too, because I have a billion bug bites and it’s been a blessing, haha.
Pureology Hydrate shampoo and conditioner
Redken hair cleansing cream shampoo
Macadamia Natural Oil healing treatment
Red Carpet Manicure at-home gel polish
ELF makeup, especially Studio Blush in Pink Passion, mineral eye shadows, and gel liner. Cover Girl Lash Blast volume in waterproof.

@Mrs_Amanda: this stuff is amazing. I have such an awful time with self-tanners because of my pinky skin tone… and while I can get a bit of a tan from sunshine, it takes a lot of exposure and it’s never as bronze as I want.
The St Tropez is far and away the best. I don’t know how they do it, but it’s so different, And the stupid mitt is worth the extra $6.

Recently I got into the Bare Minerals facial cleansar, moisturizer, nourishing eye cream and the one that strengthens the skin around your eyes. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how good my skin looks.
I also started using the body wash from European Wax Center that exfoliates and helps prevent ingrown hair. I started washing my whole body with it in the shower after I shave and my legs are SO smooth, I see a noticeable difference in the way the hair grows back and how long it takes and that my legs don’t get little underneath black bumps anymore.
ALSO (this is a good beauty product time for me) I recently bought and tried the L’Oreal Sunlass Tanning Moisturizer that goes on just as an all-over lotion and then tints your skin over a few days. It works great. I loved the way I looked but I’m so bosy at work right not it was hard to keep up with it. But I know that if I want to look a little tanner I can start like a week before and get brown so I’m going to start this week for my friend’s wedding next week.

My favorite is Stila “kitten” eye shadow. I’ve been using it for years and it is perfect for everyday shadow!
