My personal favorite is True Blue Strike Gold at Bath & Body Works. I usually hate their products, so cheap and over-poweringly smelly, but this stuff is gold (hah). I’m naturally super pale but tan well in the summer, and this tanner gives me an even, non-streaky tan that fades well. It’s tinted so you can see where you’re applying and shimmery so you get instant gratification. It also smells like coconuts. http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/product/index.jsp?productId=18468796′ defer=’defer Plus it’s not too expensive ’cause I’m a cheapo.

I would love to try this but I am so pale I’m basically transparent. If anyone has suggestions that won’t make me orange, I’d love to hear them!

Barbiestylez:  Have always loved this http://amzn.to/MSkV5l  has glitter in it, but has a lovely fast coverage.  Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly.  I like to mix it with plain lotion and load it on.

Barbiestylez:  Just don’t overdo it. There was a Bee on here a couple of years ago who posted her wedding pics and she was positively orange.

somethingblue04:  this stuff is really subtle… you just use it for several days in a row and get a slightly darker and darker color.

Not sure if it’s up your alley, Barbiestylez, but I love it.

Barbiestylez:  I LOVE Bare Minerals’ tanner. It gives amazing colour and lasts a long time. One of the most popular is the tanner by St Tropez; it’s known for its olive colour (the bronzer in it looks greenish as it goes on.. Olive is green undertone after all) and it comes in a mousse that’s easy to apply. Not a fan of the smell of it though. And it’s pricey.
