I don't think I have a specific tradition, but I am a huge sap for weddings and I cannot get through the vows and the "you may kiss the bride" part without balling my eyes out - even when I don't know the couple.
My favorite tradition is the father walking the bride down the aisle...cant wait for my dad to walk me down the aisle!! :) Big Smile! And that I get to look into my fiance's eyes and say our loving vows and day I Do. And the first dance...cant wait!
i think the moment he sees me walking down the aisle. i know first looks are a lot more convienient for most people but i just can't part with the tradition on that one.
I don't know if I can think of one specific tradition - I'm so excited about all of it!!! I'm really just looking forward to walking down the aisle and seeing him waiting for me! We aren't doing a first look, so that will be the first time he gets to see me, and I'm so excited to see his reaction!
I agree I love the first look to be when he sees me walking down the aisle....thats our first look. Thats a big old tradition that was really important to me to not see him before I walk down.

Are you dying to slip a sixpence into your shoe? Looking forward to the garter toss, or getting pelted with rice on your way out of the ceremony (ouch...
)
Are there any wedding traditions, either general / well known ones or perhaps cultural / religious ones that perhaps are not as well known that you are really looking forward to including in your wedding?
