plated dinner choice of:

  • filet mignon with port wine demi-glace
  • seafood stuffed haddock with lobster sherry cream sauce
  • herb marinated grilled chicken breast with pinapple salsa
  • roasted vegetable three cheese cannelloni topped with spinach creme rosa

We have stations and there is a choice of three main entrees, although everyone can try each one if they want.

  1. Chicken Breast Arabbiata
  2. Marinated London Broil with Sauce Raifort and Chimichurri Sauce
  3. Moroccan Grilled Salmon

Our guests have a choice of Grilled NY Sirloin Steak, Chicken Cordon Bleu or Pasta Primavera. The two meat dishes come with asparagus and garlic smashed potatoes.

Surf & turf! Filet mignon with a lobster tail, with purple peruvian mashed potatoes with melted brie sauce, and green beans with shallots.
