My favorite items were my Le Creuset dutch oven and Shun knives.  Also love my hotel collection sheets from Macy’s.

We are not doing a registry.  Instead, we plan on asking to guests to make a donation to either their favority charity or ours.

My cat condo 🙂 A little weird and I did not think anyone would get it for me.  Surprisingly, it was the one of the first items off the list!

After trying to make cauliflower soup on the weekend with a potato masher my blender & food processor have moved to the number 1 place with a bullet! That soup was absolutely shocking.

I would be super happy if I only got my programable touch screen crock pot..I work too long of hours to cook anything in the crockpot while I’m gone, so I really want that programable one to set it to just “warm” after it’s done cooking. Plus, my crockpot is tiny, from when I lived by myself, but there’s no point in replacing it now..

FI is most excited about some memory foam cooling gel pillows we found.

We did a honeymoon registry, and we have booked and paid deposits on everything.

But there is one place that if people don’t use the registry, we probably won’t be able to afford to go, and that’s the all-inclusive Excellence Playa Mujeres. We want to stay 2 nights before moving on to an eco-resort, but at $350/night it’s not an easy pill to swallow after paying for our entire wedding ourselves in cash!

But sigh – I’m SO looking forward to some relaxation here! (And free booze. Because let’s be honest.)

@excitedtobeMRSF:  it was the keurig, but someone bought it for me for my shower!!

things i’m really hoping people buy:

our casual dinnerware

our flatware

our comforter set

our throw pillows (weird I know, but our apartment looks like a frat house! it needs some decor!)

FI really wants the hand blender, and there is a lamp on our Crate and Barrel one that I’m mooning over. It’s $300, but still….;)

@Minnow:  We did the same thing! A honeyfund. We already live together and I thought it would be rude to ask for a blender when I already have an awesome ninja… or a knife set when I’ve already saved myself and gotten it. So we put it on our website with a small link and just called it a “non-traditional registry” lol!

People have actually been pretty okay with it so far! There is this one excursion though that we wont be able to afford if people don’t though. No big deal, but I really want to scuba dive in the bahamas! 🙂
