...I don't care for THAT ribbon though...I think it's too thick. But I definitely think it would give the invitation a little something extra with a thinner ribbon.
I agree the ribbon may be too thick, it kind of looks like it may be hiding some of the words under there (though I don't think it is). I voted for vertical invite/no ribbon.
Good point. I just used what ribbon I had on hand. I'll have to find a thinner one.
I don't really like how the ribbon cuts across the flower on the horizontal one. Do like the horizontal better though.
I like the horizontal verison with the ribbon, but I'd suggest moving the text towards the middle (more to the left) and attaching the ribbon on the right side so it's not covering the flower or the text.
My vote is for horizontal with slightly thinner ribbon. It looks more polished than the vertical to me, but both are very cute.
The text is so small. Does it look that way in person too? I think that if you make the text larger, the vertical one is really nice. And I agree with the comments about going with a thinner ribbon if you really want to use one.

We have two option, but I posted the other two pictures because we are debating on a ribbon too. Well, technically, I haven't run the horizontal option or ribbon by FI yet, but I think he will like them.
What is your opinion? Which do you like better? The ribbon's purpose will be to hold everything together, so it will not be permanent. Note: there will be more space for the ribbon in the vertical invitation if we go with that one. :-)
