Mine came out to about $125 per person. My wedding is about $11,000 for 90 people when you aren’t adding in the cost of my dress, accessories, rings, etc. It looks like I’m on the low side surprisingly.

I think photography rarely impacts your guests, and is more a personal thing. So I didn’t count in my estimation.  My count was at $261 but I think it will probably hit a little higher and I’m missing something, so I put $300-$351.00.

From my best guess, we spent about $140/guest. $50 of that was food and aopen bar alone. This was for 65 guests.

I think I spent about $125 per person. God that sounds like a lot, but then we’re only having 35 – 40 people.

Ours was roughly $150 p/person for all guest related expenses. Almost $80 of that was for food and beverage alone. Thankfully we had a small guest list (invited 83, about 70 showed). I don’t know how some of these couples with 250+ guests swing it.

Just shy of 300 per person, 200 of that was just venue/food/liquor

This is an interesting question. I’ve been think about it a little bit because I assumed that keeping the guest list down would cut the overall price, and it has but not to the extent that I originally expected.

Because of the costs that are (somewhat) independent of the guest count — ceremony venue and decorations, florals-bouquets, reception venue, planner/ consultant, musician, photographer.

Then there are the costs that are guest count dependent — food, liquor, cake, rentals, invitations, florals-centerpieces, favors, guest transportation.

So, if you just looked at the second group you could see how much you’re paying for each additional guest.

if you put it that way….I think ours would have been about $150/pp for 120 people.
