The spring semester before my wedding will be absolute chaos as it will be my last semester of college (going for teaching). I know I won’t have a ton of time to work out, but I want to look and feel great on my wedding day! What does everyone’s workout schedule look like for the months leading up to their wedding? Any tips on what I should definitely incorporate into my workouts with the little time I have? I could most likely spare 30 minutes a day, a little more on weekends. Thanks for any advice! PS, I know it seems far off, but I know time is going to FLY by.
