@Merinda1994:  He does most of the cooking but I do make a great chicken pot pie and chicken stir fry, that he always asks me to make on the weekends.

I make a casserole that dh and his son go nuts over and there’s usually no leftovers, which sucks because I think it’s better the next day.

@Merinda1994:  Anything rice based my FI will adore! We eat rice like, 3 times a day, haha.

I make a shepherd’s pie he says reminds him of a casserole his mom used to make. 🙂

Usually if I make something and he asks me to marry him (haha) I know it’s a keeper!

His favorite Vietnamese meal is his grandmother’s pho (when she goes all out and spends hours putting it together).  His favorite non-Vietnamese meal is anything that involves meat, pasta, and red sauce, which usually means lasagna.

My FI loves my Chicken Tortilla Soup as well as turkey breast and ham (he only gets those last two at holidays though). 🙂

I think it’s a toss up right now between my turkey pasta al forno or chicken parm.

I make great chicken and spinach flautaus he loves and recently I made a lentil and brown rice soup he really liked. He cooks a lot more than I do though (he’s a classically trained Italian chef!) so i make pretty basic stuff compared to him!

I make a turkey pot pie every year with leftover turkey from thanksgiving. He says it is better than his mother’s pot pie which is saying a lot. He’s a total mamma’s boy especially when it comes to her cooking. The funny thing is she does everything from scratch and just wings it instead of having a recipe whereas I use store bought stuff and follow a strict recipe.
