My FI wants to "go out on a boat and get drunk", so they're looking into a fishing trip.
My husband went rock climbing and then had dinner and drinks with the guys.
My husband went to dinner and did some bar hopping. Which really isn't him, I tihnk he did it b/c he wanted his friends to have a good time.
My fiance and 20 of his friends are going to Kansas City for a 3-day weekend. I'm sure there will be lots of drinking and clubbing. They're staying at a really expensive hotel with a rooftop pool.
I will have a bachelorette party on a different weekend - probably just one night out with my girlfriends and much more lowkey.
typical vegas party. they have a suite at the palms and i think there will be like 7 guys there.
My husband went down to a Phillies game, then out to a bunch of bars afterwards. I did the same for my Bachelorette party. We're both pretty big baseball fans :o)
They are going to St.Louis for a Cardinals/Cubs game. His best man got a box for like 7 guys. They will be also doing the Budweiser Tour and I'm sure hit up some bars.
For mine, I am going to a beach resort for the weekend. I told my girls I want a bon-fire on the beach...and apparently thats exactly what I am getting! So excited! I really wanted to avoid the bar scene, and just wanted to sit around and drink some wine, enjoy the sunset, and cook some sm'ores. :)
mine doesnt really want a bach party, I think he will just be having dinner with the guys and that might end up being a joint thing with me and my girls too.
I don't know if he wants one. I just figured his guys would want to take him out for some out-of-character silliness, but when I mentioned something about a bachelor party, he seemed seriously indifferent. Knowing our friends, we may just have a general get-together and call it a day.
My FI wanted to do the typical bachelor party with the guys. FI and about 7 of his groomsmen/friends got a hotel room in Atlanta. They went to a Braves game and tailgated before and after, went to a strip club, went to dinner and then out to the bars. They had a great time and he actually said he had the most fun at the Braves game! Ha just goes to show.
For mine, one of my BMs had a pre party with cocktails and appetizers at her house and then we went to dinner at a tapas restaurant that had dueling pianos. After that, we came back to her house to pregame before we went out and then we went to a club to further drink and go dancing. We did a black and white theme where all the girls wore black dresses and I wore a white one. It was so much fun and my favorite part was the party at the house and the dueling pianos! The club was great but at that point, I was really intoxicated ;)
DH had the standard party. They went to hooters first and then to a strip club. For mine we went to a casino, had dinner, and then a bar. We were both heavily intoxicated when we got home.
My Fi and 12 friends are going to Chicago for the weekend. I have no idea what will go on, and I'd like to keep it that way! haha.
Me and my gals are getting a limo bus, going out to our wineries, having dinner and hopping between the wineries for a few hours before coming home to my townhouse for the rest of the evening! Maybe visiting some local dive bars if we're feeling up to it.
My FI and his friends are heading down to Bosotn for the weeked. They're going to a Sox game and then hitting the bars, and I'm sure they'll make an appearance at a strip club somewhere.
We just had one big party for both of us - all of our wedding party is friends and they all brought dates, and we spent separate time doing girl/boy stuff (nails vs. theme park) during the day, met up for dinner and went clubbing. They were suspicious at first cause it wasn't "typical" but it turned out great!
FI & his buddies will probably end up doing either a fishing or golfing trip. They don't exactly plan the best, so I expect it to be a spur of the moment thing.
My FI has no idea what he is doing. His brother (Best Man) is putting it all together. I'm guessing they may go to a strip club or head out to Vegas which I'm cool with. The only person more responsible than FI is his brother. lol Now his other groomsmen I'm not so sure about. They are shady! lol
He's going to Atlantic City for a night with a bunch of his guy friends. They'll go out to a nice dinner, drink a lot, and hopefully win money.
Paintball, a movie with dinner/drinks, a comedy club, a bar, beer pong at the best man's house.
Sounds pretty awesome, no?
Him and a bunch of friends are going up to the mountains to go camping, fishing and 36 holes of golf for a couple days. I told him I dont mind because strippers normally dont make trips to campsites:p
They're looking into doing the typical Vegas weekend. I'm going to go to Chicago for the weekend with a bunch of my girlfriends. I'm excited about both of them...so long as he doesn't blow our wedding budget at the casinos!
Who knows what they'll do. One day they want to go to Vegas. The next day they're going fishing. One minute there will be strippers, the other minute no strippers. I think they're all insane.
I'm having a lingerie party the night before! Drinking some wine, gossiping, and let that be that! :)
Mine went paintballing. They were supposed to go to a jazz club after but it apparently it didnt make sense time wise so they went to a near by bar after for a couple of pitchers.
Fi's going to play paintball with his friends. I assume at some point in the day, they'll go to a bar and get pretty drunk (but no strip clubs. Most of them have never gone).
My husband went to Vegas with 12 other guys for 5 days. He did a lot of drinking, hanging at the pool and gambling.
