A spin off on rosiegirl's post about the cars we have. I want to know what kind of car you WISH you owned? I love Jeeps. Wrangler, Grand Cherokee, Liberty. I would take almost any one I could get my hands on... especially if it was pink!
I honestly never cared about cars, so I would just want something small-ish (but roomy inside), reliable, safe, and environmentally friendly. Maybe a Prius?

Sigh. They just need to lower the price by about 75%. :)
I want a sliver Range Rover soooooo bad! It's totally my dream car. And waaaay out of my price range! (refer to Rosiegirls post where I said I drive a Nissan Sentra!)
If we're doing total pie in the sky wishes, Mercedes SLS AMG or an Aston Martin DB9. If it's cars that are possibly attainable for me, probably a Touareg TDI :)

Realistically, a Toyota Highlander. But if i was SERIOUSLY dreaming...a sports car. Then i could learn to drive it properly and put all the nay-sayers down when they say it's too much car for me. but i'm not a big car person (jewelry? yes. Car? no) so....yeah. Hence the highlander

ejs- I agree. Even a Jeep is more than I want to spend. I would much rather keep my economical car and spend $ elsewhere, but it's fun to dream :)
@wifewife - I love mine! But, she's definitely not "dream car" material! :)
Since this is a wish list... I wish I could have a Maserati Spyder...
I'd love a Mercedes SUV. I think its an ML500 or something. The reason is because I want to be a Mother, but I want to be the coolest one! How cool would that be? No minivan for me! But really, I'd take any sports car! I grew up with my step father collecting sports cars and taking us to car shows. So I have an appreciation for any car that's fast and sexy :P
What I will be buying however, is a Honda... booo conventionalism.
@spaniel - LOVE the Tesla Roadster!!!! I saw one on the road for the first time about a month ago.
If it can be dream cars, I WISH I owed a silver Range Rover, and a Triumph Spitfire to drive around town on the weekends - hey, a girl can dream! :)

I know a mini cooper, looks so cute and I always say I want one, but I know it's too small for me.
@yrett- I've never really seen the inside of a mini cooper. Are they pretty cramped since the car is so small?
My dream car is a 1966 Pontiac GTO convertible, aka The Monkeemobile (for those who are fans). This is of course if I could find one in good condition and could afford it. The sad thing is, there was someone in the area who was selling one of these a while ago, though it was a '67 I believe. I wanted it so badly for the reception exit, but that obviously didn't happen.

I have no idea. I have never been in a mini cooper.
For my real life, a Highlander Hybrid with every upgrade. For my imaginary life, an old 50s Cadillac with huge tail fins, totally restored, and ideally converted to hybrid because those things are hogs!!!

This would be it if we didn't have kids (10 Audi Rb V10).

Smart Car all the way! Oh and I want everyone to get one too, so that I don't need to be worried about getting hit by an SUV ;) I can dream, right?
I would totally own a Prius!! or a flex fuel vehicle...but most of all I would LOVE one that ran only on E85! lol
I would love love love a 1960 Corvette. I am a huge corvette fan and i love that year!!!
