I am at a loss as to what flowers should go in my bouquet. I think because of the detail in the dress I need something simple but also something that goes well with the flowers that are on the dress itself. I would like to have lilly of the valley in the bouquet because I love the scent, other than that I have no ideas. I would truly appreciate some ideas from you guys. Now I’ll go back to browsing through the galleries 🙂
Here is the dress:

gorgeous dress! i’m thinking lush, romantic and a bit decadent so peonies, big open roses (i’m not sure the different names of roses but the really big ones, not the buds)

That dress is amazing! I agree that echoing the theme of opened roses would probably be the best choice here.

Definitely definitely definitely roses!

Roses would be pretty. Maybe if you keep your flowers ivory, they would’nt overshadow or compete with that gorgeous dress.

I envision big English garden roses with this dress, too. It’s beautiful, btw!

I think something ruffley and romantic, like peonies or garden roses would be really pretty with your dress.

One of my favorites is lisianthus – also on fiftyflowers.com – it is elegant and delicate looking and would go well with garden roses as an accent.

I actually found Weddingbee doing a search on lily of the valleys. Be prepared…they are very expensive.
I second that picture arizonabride posted. Perfect. 🙂

OR you could totally go suuuuper dramatic and do something like some deep red long stemmed cala lilies or roses…..
what are your colors and wedding style? beautiful dress, btw!

The dress is gorgeous!! Whatever type flower you choose, one way to go would be with a solid colored bouquet other than white/ivory. White could get lost in all that detail. An accent of lily of the valley would be pretty, too – almost like little pearls.

PEONIES or PEONY ROSES! Yum!

I think garden roses would look fantastic, like lots of other people have suggested. I LOVE the dusty roses here: http://mymodernvintagewedding.blogspot.com/2009/05/shes-going-to-kill-me-over-dusty-roses.html

Garden roses all the way! I think you could go with a bolder color too if you wanted – definitely a monochromatic bouquet to not detract from the dress. I don’t know your colors, but the Hybrid Perpetuals are beautiful from heirloomroses.com.
The dress is beautiful by the way!
