What time of the day and also season. A menu for mid June would not be the same as a menu for December

sunrise = brunch menu (omelets, waffles, breakfast meats, etc)

sunset = bbq, appetizers, pasta, salads

@mrsedwardslpn:  If you are having a brunch it is sooooo easy!!!!!! You can prepare the eggs in advance and just add cheese on top to reheat.Waffles and pancakes you can rent a big toaster the kind you can put 20 at the time….Mimosas are a great idea and lots of muffins and cinammon rolls bacon. 


Breakfast for 20 sounds like any day at my Grandmas in the sense that it is easy and doable and FUN!!! I Love breakfast best part of the day


For evening. I would do a thanks giving menu! but that is just me.


You can go with pasta bars they are easy

We are having fazoli’s cater most of our event. Our menu will include :

Salad Station :

Cherry Apple Almond Salad

Classic Ceasar Salad

There will also be several dressings & toppings to add on.

Soup Station :

Tomato soup w/ Pasta

Chicken w/ White & Wild Rice

Sausage Gumbo

There will also be several types of crackers, buns & rolls available at this table.

Sides :


Toasted Ravioli in Marinara

Roasted Chicken


Cheese Stuffed Pizza Sticks

Pepperoni Stuffed Pizza Sticks

Entrees :

Twice Baked Lasagna

Baked Ziti

Chicken Brocolli Penne

Baked Chicken Penne & Peppers

Dessert :

Wedding cake, and a large dessert display near the candy buffet [candies, chocolates, cheesecake, brownies, cookies, truffles, ect]

@mrsedwardslpn:  were serving roast beef and also a creamy chicken 2 entrees a salad and then red potatos, broccoli,califlower.carrots mix and bread at the tables served buffet
