Totally not wedding related but just wondering if any bees are familiar with how to get rid of rust. We have this white/green rust on our bathroom fixtures it’s really ugly. Is it possible to remove it? Here’s a pic

Hard to tell from the pic, but it could be just hard water buildup , or it could be corrosion.
If it is buildup from hard water, you can remove it with vinegar.
If the finish is actually corroded, the faucet wil need replacing.

I’d try with CLR. If it doesn’t come off, then you’ll probably need to replace the faucet.

thanks all. Hopefully it’s not corroded and we can get it off. We bought some CLR today so will give it a try and hope for the best. This rust is so thick and rough though I don’t know that we will have much luck. Fingers crossed

That looks like a copper or brass fixture with worn out chrome or nickel plate… you can try clr but may keep coming back if you don’t replace or have it replated.
