- Wedding: May 2015 - The Patrick Henry Ballroom
I have decided on these light gray Alfred Angelo dresses, but I am at a loss for what type of shoes to use. It’s an indoor, elegant wedding, so I’d like to steer clear of flats, but I was thinking a nice nude kitten heel would work. My bridesmaids don’t really want to wear heels that are tall, so I think 3″ is the maximum height.
My colors are light gray and a light hydrangea blue, so if anyone has any ideas or has seen any shoes that could work, please post!

@mtb117: A nude heel could work.
Obviously, you would have to see any shoes in person, because it’s so tough to color match online.

@mtb117: Nude, or personally, I would do silver with crystals! Then have them accessorize with crystal earrings!

I would say nude or silver. I was actually thinking of just getting shoes from David’s Bridal. They have some cute short heals that are inexpensive. You could also check Zappos or websites like that. You could always order a pair and send them back if you don’t like them. I believe they do free shipping on returns if you don’t like the shoes. 🙂

@mtb117: Yeah kinda old thread but thought I’d post this anyway in case it does help you somehow!

Nude or coral! I just love pops of color – that might not fit your wedding though.

@julies1949: My mother has those in champagne. Bought online from DSW. She added more bling and says they’re soooo…. comfortable. She buys dresses with those shoes in mind.
@mtb117: I vote for silver. Nude doesn’t match everyone’s skin tone.

Silver or nude. Wearing a nude heel shouldn’t be contingent on what shade of skin you have. It’s more about having a neutral and go with everything color.
