My fiance wants to wear a James Bond-like tux for our wedding, like Daniel Craig wears in recent movies–it’s just a tux with a white shirt and a black bowtie–no shirt collar details, no vest, no cumberbund, nothing.
What do you think about this look? If he wore just a black tux with a black bowtie, what would you recommend that the groomsmen wear–the same? And if so, how would we make his outfit special/different from the groomsmen?

Here is an example of what I am talking about:

This post cracks me up, because this is exactly what my fiance wants! He didn’t specify James Bond, but he refuses to wear anything but a tux, white shirt, and black bowtie.
According to him, vests are the bane of any groomsman’s existence and he refuses to put his friends through it. What a drama queen:-)
Anyway, in regards to making him look different: while they will all be wearing the same tux/white shirt/black bowtie, my groom will be the only one with a boutonniere. I am going with minimal flowers as it is for the ceremony, so I think he will look extra-special as the only one with it.

Honeylove–that’s so awesome that your groom is wearing the same kind of tux. What kind of tux are the other Bees’ grooms wearing?
