Gorgeous dress! I always wondered what girls would wear with a backless dress.

It is a tad expensive but they may sell cheaper ones.
You might want to try the Nubra or something like that on top (an adhesive bra with no back) and some control tops like spanx for the waist down.

I'm having problems finding undergarments to wear under my dress. There's a huge cut-out in the back and but I for sure need some type of bra and would like something to smooth out my waist area. Any ideas?
