I drive a Suzuki Sidekick. It was made way before SUVs existed so it is classified as a “truck” but it looks, drives and handles like an SUV.

I have a Tahoe and LOVE it. The gas mileage, ehhh, I don’t love it quite as much.

I have a 99 Toyota Tacoma (small truck).  I LOVE it.  I’m a wildlife biologist, and I’ve probably lived out of that thing for literally years while I was in grad school or working seasonal jobs.  (Current job is a little cushier – work truck and hotel rooms!)  Mileage is decent for a truck, 22+ on the highway.

I’ve got a Toyato 4Runner SUV & love it! Were able to take it out on forest service roads for camping trips with friends, drive around on the river beds in the summertime for the perfect riverside picnic, the back folds down & is large enough for me & hubby to sleep in comfortably. Plus repairs & parts are pretty cheap since it’s toyato & from what I’ve read and been told they hold up pretty darn well. (I ran over a giant driftwood log at the beach a year after we got it & popped out the side of the truck- a few extra pins & pushes later and it was all good!).

I have a Nissan Xterra (SUV) that I love, but it gets about 17-18 mpg so I’m looking to upgrade to a crossover with better gas mileage that still feels SUV like. Unfortuanetly it’s pretty hard to find, I think I’ll wind up with either a RAV4 or a CRV, Toyota or Honda is the way to go!

My car is classified as a minicompact.  It’s a MINI.  🙂  It’s currently broken (damn car) and I’ve been driving my husband’s M3.  It’s not a hardship, except on my left calf on bad traffic days.  Neither of us have rear doors (though I have a hatch).  I want a car just a little bit bigger.

@legenwaitforitdary:  It isn’t a gas guzzler, turns on a dime. My car  is four wheel drive so I can handle sand, snow & slippery situations if I need to (Which in Oklahoma is often.)

It has a tiny gas tank (mine does, anyway.) so I fill up often. Around here it’s like 30 bucks for a tank of gas. Mine has foldable back seats so if we need to take the dog somewhere, or bring our bikes in for a tune up, we have a vehicle that can do that. My husband has a Honda Accord so bringing big things in his car isn’t really possible, but in mine it is. I can also help people move.

My car is comfortable, and I love it. It was my first car and I plan on keeping it that way.
