I like the birdcage veils, but I always picture them on alternative and non-traditional type dresses (like tea length for example). I think a birdcage veil would be lovely with your dress, but if you’re looking for a more traditional I say go with chapel length! I agree that Cathedral might be a little long for that dress with all that fabric at the bottom, so I think a chapel length veil would hit that dress at just the right spot!

Disclaimer: I don’t know anything about veils haha. This is just my opinion!

@Pinkmoon:  OMG Your dress is amazing! It looks like it was made for you. Your figure is so perfect; your fiance will be blown away when he sees you. I love the hair choice and I think that veil will look fantastic with it! What is your venue like?

I vote fingertip veil- I just don’t think a birdcage would work with this dress as well- you could always do the veil for ceremony and birdcage for reception though

I’d vote for fingertip too.  i don’t really think a birdcage is fitting for the dress, for some reason. Since you have the one shoulder strap, I do think anything longer than fingertip might be overwhelming!

I think and elbow or fingertip veil would look great with your dress!

Fingertip, rounded! It completes the hourglass shape and goes perfect with this type of dress.

@Pinkmoon:  Oh crap, then I got the wording wrong too! I was talking about a finger tip veil, not chapel. Gah! I can never keep them straight. Finger tip is my vote!
