I wore a cathedral length veil with my chapel length train.

I always think a veil longer than the dress looks best. E.g like this cathedral! Can you post some pics with your veil?

I wore a cathedral veil with my chapel gown. No regrets. I loved the drama my veil brought.

I haven’t gotten my dress (fit and flare) yet but I’m planning on a cathedral train. Do you have pics of your dress yet? Maybe that will help the opinions along.

I’m an odd one.  I’m actually going with Cathedral for the ceremony (with a blusher) and then I’m switching to a single layer Fingertip veil for part of the reception.  I wanted to have a veil for at least the first dance, so I’ll probably take the veil off completely after that.

Your dress is georgous! Ny train says chapel but is about 5 feet long (sheath dress). Im going for an ankle length veil. I think that would suit your dress, you dont want to cover up the beautiful back!

Bettyboo1982:  Wow your dress is stunning. I think you can go with a a finger tip or cathedral. personally, I don’t like it when the length matches the length of the dress.

Bettyboo1982:  May I suggest that you try on a dress in store with veils to see what goes well with it. Good luck, your dress look great.
