Loribeth:  Fun thread! Picture please?

My ring is unique because I’ve never seen anything else like the swirly setting; from the moment I saw a picture online nothing else compared.

Loribeth:  what a neat thread idea! I wanna see a picture too! It sounds amazing!!!

Mine is a very traditional, timeless ring and I love that BUT I think it’s unique because the center stone is a hearts and arrows diamond and because the bottom of the ring is squared off, it’s called a European shank.

I think my is because of a) the basket/setting and b) the way the detail is on te band. I’ve found very similar setting from an online vendor but the band isn’t as detailed

I love that my cushion cut diamond is subtly rectangular, and the baguettes add a lot of depth and variation to the overall ring.

mine is a two prong ring.  Don’t see many of those out there.  At least I haven’t down here.

Mine isn’t like anything I’ve seen in real life — at least, not around where I live. I love the combination of round center stone and princess cuts on the setting. And all of the stones on the setting are invisibly set. It’s not like anything I ever imagined loving, but I was head over heels for it the moment I saw the setting. (It also sparkles like crazy, which is a wonderful bonus — LOL!)

Loribeth:  My ring is unique because it is a Verragio that was bought for 90% off, and that like never happens! lol. Also, its unique to me because no one else I know has a Verragio.

Mine is unique because it was custom made. The halo has 4 stones that are larger than the others on the NSEW. It also has the side details to the left and right of the center that look like leaves a little bit. So the ring has an abstract floral look. I’ve never seen anyone else with a ring similar…

Loribeth:  My ring is unique because: it’s custom made; it’s a 2ct natural, unheated sapphire; it’s an asscher cut; the stone was purchased internationally because a stone that size, cut, and quality didn’t exist exist on any legitimate market that my jeweler could find in the US; all the stones in the band are flawless; it was made by a septuagenarian Italian jeweler who has been in the trade for over 50 years. Most importantly, it was designed entirely by FI and of course given by him.

My ring is unique since it has a cushion cut H&A ultra AG and they made very few of them so far.

Loribeth:  My ring is unique becauase it is a round brilliant with marquis side stones. In all my time on the bee or even googling I have not come across one the same as mine. Plus it is an heirloom ring so its very special to me.

Mine is unique as even though it is quite a classic solitaire setting it has 2 surprise diamonds, which I’ve never seen before, it was also custom made
