I’d say you are in pretty darn good shape for the wedding being over a year away. I recommend just enjoying the process, not obsessing over the little details.
Things that are not on your list, but are important:
Save the Dates – if you have people coming from far away, I recommend this.
Invitations – after Save the Dates, obviously
Bridesmaid dresses – it might help to have an idea of what you like.
That’s all I can think of for now! Good luck, and remember, ENJOY the process, don’t let it get to you. I planned my upcoming wedding in less than a year, and tried not to stress out over it.

@Baroness_Meg: Thanks! I so forgot that about STD’s and Engagement shots! UGH, when we booked our Photography/video/photobooth/DJ/lighting we got Engagement photos for free! we just need a location and when?? What do you wear? and how many people do you usually send STD’s to and when???

@AndysCraftsNmore: I didn’t have to do Save the Date’s but did anyways. I sent to everyone on our guest list, and sent them in March for our September wedding.
Engagement shoot, my FI and I did ours in a local park, I wore a dress and wedges, he wore jeans and a button up shirt.

Sounds like you’re in good shape!!!
The 2 big things I don’t see on there is a preliminary guest list and budget!!! Until you have an estimate of how many guests you are inviting it’s hard to pick reception sites, etc. And setting a budget at the begining can help keeps costs manageable.
Other things to work on eventually:
I’d start working on a preliminary schedule for the day of the wedding.
If you’re not going for a traditional religious ceremony – I’d start thinking about the ceremony – depending on the officiant they may have some options to start from.
Bridal party and family gifts. You certainly don’t need to get these now, but I found it helpful to keep it in mind so that over time I could make little mental notes when I thought of something someone might like. For example – I was talking to one of my bridesmaids about baby names and the book Freakenomics came up – she hadn’t read it and I knew she would like it so I made a note to remind myself and that was part of her present!
Decor other than flowers, if you want any. Espeically if you’re planning to DIY – start early!!!

@JenGirl: we do have the master list for the guests, im still working on the A B C list of guests, we have 138 people, I would like to have 100, i guess i dont have to do much ABC listing if someone dosent want to come i just pick the next guy in line, there is only 38 other to choose from.. and we never really sat down and did a budget, my mother is paying for the dress, flowers and reception, FI and I are paying for everything else, so far we are pretty good, we are opting out of a limo and just grab a ride with someone after the photo shoot…why spend $800 for 15 car ride…
for BM gifts i was going to do small trinket boxes of personal fav things that they liked, or personalized cartoon pop art drawlins they looked really cool (i would like one of the full wedding party, ha but maybe just that for the GM because he thinks money clips are lame)
Thanks for the tips!
