I am a self proclaimed “non crier.” I really am a very unemotional person. I let logic drive my decisions and I feel crying is a waste of time. HOWEVER, there is one movie that always makes me cry, and one song that usually does (which I hate).
Song: Rascall Flatts, What Hurts the Most
Movie: Click (…seriously…)
My husband finds this terribly amusing. Me, not so much.

I lose my shit over the ASPCA commercial with the Sarah McLachlan song (Angel, I think?)
I’m not an overly emotional person either, so there aren’t really any movies that make me cry. No, wait I take that back…
*spoiler alert if you haven’t seen Marley & Me*
I BAWLED my eyes out when Marley died. I had only seen a few previews when I went to see the movie, so I didn’t realize it was all about the life AND DEATH of a rambunctious lab. I thought it was a funny movie or something. I was unprepared and ended up having to wipe my teary eyes with my salty popcorn napkin. Ugh. I was so, so heartbroken after that movie. I went home and snuggled my own pup extra tight that night!

- Wedding: May 2014 - Madison, WI
Song: “When I get where I’m going” – Brad Paisley
Movie: The Lovely Bones
However, I am a crier! When my hormones get going making me more emotional than usual a lot of songs, movies etc can make me cry. It’s frustrating sometimes but I cannot control it.

The scene in The Neverending Story where Atreyu’s horse sinks into the swamp.

I can’t really think of any songs that make me cry but for stone reason, movies with animals typically get me crying. The one movie that always makes me cry (no matter how many times I have watched it) was Homeward Bound. I cried when Shadow got hurt and I cried at the very end. So tears of sadness and happiness!
I also bawled when I finished up the sixth Harry Potter book. Usually I stay dry eyed when reading.

@DaneLady: I change the channel when that commercial comes on. I can’t handle it. And I also give them my money, lol.

Songs that make me cry (but I have to be in the right mood):
Stole – Kelly Rowland
Beautiful Goodbye – Amanda Marshall
I Am Sam
Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants
Click (haha I BAWLED at that one scene with his dad)

@MrsPanda99: I don’t want to give them money because it will just fund those stupid tear-inducing commercials! ARGH!
I thought of another one that made me weepy (but I was pregnant at the time so I blame the hormones!)- there is a commercial with a guy and his dog, and then he meets the girl and the dog has to move to the back seat, then they have a baby and the dog moves to the very back of the car or something, pretty sure it’s a car commercial but I don’t remember which one. I boo-hooed like a baby!

I am not a crier either… but Evening made me cry like no other, I am not sure what my problem was.
Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close got me too.
Other than that, I can’t think of anything… Marley & Me or Titanic didn’t make me cry, in fact an old lady swatted me because I laughed.
I think I need to be PMSing or something.

The movie Courageous made me bawl during and for an hour afterwards. I even woke up bawling the next morning! My biological father was never involved in my life, and this was a faith-based movie about the importance of good fathers.

@MrsPanda99: I cry everytime I hear the song “Nothing Can Keep Me From You” by KISS, its SO not a typical KISS song and my Fiance is a HUGE KISS fan on top of it, so its like double duty cry time for me haha..
I think it may be the song we walk back down the isle to after we’re married.. But I don’t want to ball my eyes out before the photos loool
ETA: The movie “PS I love you” always makes me cry.. It made Fiance tear up too lol

@MrsPanda99: What Hurts The Most – music video makes me cry at the very beginning 🙁

I cry at pretty much every movie I see. However – the movie UP really kills me. I cry almost instantly.

There are too many to name… lol. Marley and Me was definitely the worst though. Oh man, it was UGLY crying. When I first watched it with my old roommate, we just huddled up on separate ends of the couch and buried our heads in shame because we were such wrecks.
Oh, and songs! There are lots that I have tied to certain events – namely my LDR. The Scientist by Coldplay is the most recent one that will get to me. Also, Sea of Love by Cat Power.
